Manifesto

# What we believe in.

Four beliefs that guide every project, every choice and every person who joins IKONS.

## 01 · Technology and beauty

We believe in uniting technology and beauty: the beauty of code, of interfaces and of the experience of the people who will use the products we create.

## 02 · People

We believe in people and in their inner light, which shines when they are fulfilled. For us, the value of time goes beyond the hours spent at a desk: it is also the time to nurture the passions we love.

## 03 · Closeness

We believe in closeness of ideals, intentions and values. We are convinced the world is big enough to welcome each of us, and that proximity is a state of mind.

## 04 · Talent

We believe in those who do what they do well. In those who are always ready to lend a hand, an idea, a suggestion. In those who are sparks and ignite the extraordinary.

Building success in a collaborative way.
