The challenge

## When the project speeds up, your team has to keep pace.

Every System Integrator knows these problems. Here is how we solve them.

### Unexpected workload peaks

A new project arrives and your team is already fully booked.

Our answer A pool of over 200 in-house professionals and a network of over 300 contractors: we scale your team when needed.

### Long searches

Selecting a profile from scratch takes time and drains energy from the project.

Our answer We propose pre-assessed candidates, with anonymised profile sheets ready to share.

### Specialist SAP skills

ERP modules, BTP and Fiori require people who are hard to find.

Our answer Functional and technical consultants across the main SAP modules, from finance to supply chain.

### Fixed costs and rigidity

Hiring for a single project increases costs and risks.

Our answer Flexible models, from staff augmentation to pay-as-you-go support, including nearshore teams.
